SYSTEMS
CORE DRILLING
At Di Core, we provide quality core drilling for both horizontal and vertical surfaces. Our hole sizes range from 16mm to 750mm diameters. You can be certain our core drilling will allow you to better install the pipes, cables and conduits you need at your premises.
HAND SAWING
Our team provide hand and diamond chain sawing of all horizontal and vertical masonry surfaces up to 300mm deep. We work with electric hydraulic and petrol sawing systems to achieve rapid and reliable results.
WALL SAW CUTTING

FLOOR SAW CUTTING
Using petrol, diesel, and electric floor saws, we are more than prepared to provide the floor cutting you need for your construction or renovation project. Our floor cutting is ideal for trenching, demolition cutting as well as driveway and kerb removal.
FLOOR CHASING
Our team can add floor chasing to hide electrical systems and other essential services within the fabric of your building. We cater to most floor sizes.
SOFF-CUT® SAWING
Using the advanced Soff-Cut® system, we can saw from 30mm deep up to 100mm deep within 2-4 hours of placement. This process will protect the concrete surface from random cracking.
STRESS CUTTING
We have the equipment to provide stress and expansion cutting from 3.5mm up to 15mm.
EXPANSION CUTTING
We will cut joints in any concrete structure at specific intervals to allow for controlled cracking. Via expansion cutting, we will make sure all cracks are perfectly linear and completed to your specifications.
FLOOR GRINDING
Our team use both electric dry system and petrol-powered wet grinding systems to service floors.
